Terms and Conditions

Sellers registered with Artisans Markee has the following rights and responsibilities. We accept our sellers with following these terms and conditions. By accepting our “Sellers Terms & Conditions” you are confirming that you have read this policy and giving us consent to agree with these policies. If you don’t agree with our “sellers Terms & Conditions” you should not use the Services.

Artisans Markee has the right to terminate contract with any seller who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

• The Seller shall grant the right to Artisans Markee to promote Seller’s product during the term of this agreement.
• The Seller shall ensure that all products made available on Artisans Markee Online Marketplace are strictly in accordance with the specifications and quality.
• The Seller shall provide to Artisans Markee product images, product detail, and product specifications as per their original stats.
• The Seller shall ensure that he/she has complete property rights and ownership of all the products made available on Artisans Markee Online Marketplace. Moreover, none of the Seller’s products violate any kind of infringement, copyright or property rights.
• The Seller shall be responsible for providing after sales service on all products provided by them as per the policy defined in “Return, Refund & Exchange Policy”
• Sellers shall not be allowed to copy or imitate other seller’s products available on Artisans Markee platform.
• In-case of serving low quality products to customers or products not matching to what is displayed or described by seller on Artisans Markee website, results shall be the termination of contract with seller. First warning will be served by Artisans Markee and in case of non-compliance termination shall be executed on second complaint. Moreover, seller shall pay the delivery charges in such cases.
• In-case of unjustified & constant delayed order execution from seller, financial penalty shall be charged by Artisans Markee, which is deducting 50% of total amount of each delayed order. In worse scenario, Artisans Markee reserves the rights to terminate the contract with seller.
• Sellers are strictly advised to pack fragile items in Thermocol sheet, Bubble Wrap or Fomic Sheet whichever is best suited for the particular item.
• For fragile items, sellers shall ensure safe packing of item to avoid any kind of damage, financial penalty shall be imposed in case of any negligence.
• In-case of damage caused by unsafe and unprotected packing of the fragile item, delivery charges shall be borne by seller.
• Order packing video is mandatory for all sellers at the time of dispatch to ensure compliance and guidelines adoption from seller’s end, PARTICULARLY for fragile items sellers.
• In order to become a seller on Artisans Markee, seller shall pay one-time PKR10,000 as onboarding fee, which will be Non-Refundable and shall be charged only after your seller onboarding application is approved by Artisans Markee.
• There’s no charges for product listing.
• 20% Commission will be charged from all sellers against each sale made through Artisans Markee platform.
• Payment against each sales by all sellers stores shall automatically be deposited in Artisans Markee account in BANK AL FALAH LTD and further be disbursed to all sellers according to their sales volume by 1^st of each month.
• No ill-legal or prohibited products (defined by country’s law) shall be allowed to display and sell through Artisans Markee platform. In-case of non-compliance, inquiry and penalty will be charged as per law.
• The Seller shall ensure that stock inventory is kept up-to-date on Artisans Markee Online Marketplace. The Seller shall ensure the availability of product once product is sold to customer through Artisans Markee Online Marketplace.
• The Seller shall ensure that it enforce child labor laws, and shall ensure that all the workers working in its premises are of age 18 or above. The Seller shall ensure that its workers are working with their willing, and there is no forced labor at its premises.
• The Seller shall ensure that it provides good working environments for its workers, and shall ensure that it implements ethical code of conduct at its premises. The Seller shall ensure that unethical behaviour, misconduct, sexual harassment or illegal activities shall be dealt according to defined policies and/or laws.
